What we collect
We do not run forms, accounts or a newsletter, and we do not sell personal information. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (described below). If you email us at support@mooresvillemarketing.com, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply.
Third parties
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read and which outbound links to Amazon are clicked. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. When you click an Amazon link we record the page you were on and the product's ID, not anything about you. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site, and we do not use Google Analytics advertising features. Google processes this data under Google's privacy policy; you can learn how Google uses it at How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and secure the site.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers.
- Amazon. If you click a link to Amazon, Amazon may set cookies to attribute qualifying purchases to this site, under Amazon's privacy notice. We receive aggregated sales reports, not your personal details.
Cookies
Backyard Chicken Gear uses Google Analytics cookies as described above. Amazon may set its own cookies if you click through to Amazon. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13.
